I did it in a drill press and used a digital mic and fine flat file. Don't make more of it than it is and you will be fine.

keep in mind that an external oil cooler only works when you are moving and not so much in town light to light. maybe a little due to a bit more oil capacity....

PR lifters are ceramic coated. I have a set installed in my bike. I'm confused why they can sell 1700 cams with ceramic lifters but don't have the same...

Duke, Yep it is that split second with the slide down, throttle plate open and continued blipping (3-4 times or so) that cause a disruption of high vacuum...

I think just a quick flush and maybe a magnet and you should be good. I would flush with something with thin viscosity
