Could you turn the manifold so that the carb is on the left ( room enough since you’re pumpless) Just a thought… Carb inlet will then be pointing...

Reason I use grease : will not shoot the piston out and seems to be stronger than air pressure ( air compresses more )...

Use a grease gun ( if you call it like that) and let the grease push out the pistons. Works all the time for me. Offcourse degrease the hell out if it...

There seem to be no roll over valves on my bike… can it be it was not original on european bikes?
It is a 1600 from 2000…..

Hi Duke. Did you use the standard swingarm or is it widened somehow to fit this wheel with a 200 tyre?

That should not be possible…. If you remove the relay you remove the connection from battery to startermotor. Can you trace where the power to the startermotor...
