Pump could be flowing but if the fuel pressure regulator took a crap then if won't build any pressure. No pressure no spray from fuel injectors.

First off, do you have any freeplay in your clutch lever? If so check the cablle adjustent.

Have you tried bench testing the lights to a battery? Maybe the colors are incorrect and you have a ground flipped with the turn signal wire. Or something...

Yamaha superceeded the part # for the transfer case oil. It is ACC-SHAFT-PL-32 Friction Modified Shaft Drive Oil SAE 80W-90
