Guess you have a TPS after all.
I'm still trying to find what the similarities & differences are between the FI 1700's & the FI 1900's.

I have found for the warrior but nothing for the 2008 or later Roadstar. This fuel injected Roadstar doesn’t have a bunch of information out

Still trying to learn my Raider the way I learned my Roadstar.
I don't think it has an AIS. Still have no clue if it has a TPS.
I haven't asked anything about them (Raiders) here, since it was Rare that I got a valid explanation about my Roadstar.

Smalls, it’s in a manual that I have somewhere. Not sure if it was a Clymers manual or a Yamaha service manual. Many moons have passed since I’ve looked at it. I might be able to do some searching soon but it could be a few days. The procedure is out there somewhere I promise.

Spydr, all Roadstars came with a AIS system and a TPS. Is that what you’re asking or something else?

*All* of them? Or just 1700 Roadstars?

No. The FI bikes have both AIS system and a TPS.

I used to know because I switched out throttle bodies on my 2012 and obviously set up the TPS with a meter per the shop manual. Then, reinstalled the stock throttle body and set the TPS again. Can’t remember what they are supposed to be now (that was years ago). They are listed in the shop manual though. See if anyone here has one.

That's what I thought. So is the AIS, isn't it?

Isn't the TPS a carburetor thing?

    2008 Road star TPS

Does anyone know what the ohms for the 2008 Yamaha Road star are supposed to be for idle and wide open throttle? I have looked every where I can think but have come up with nothing.
