The manifold of the warrior seems different. Mine only has one manifold for both cylinders.

Yes they are very reliable. As far as shipping to Germany you will have to work that out with them. When you contact them just mention to the parts dept you are a Roadstar clinic member.

You are correct you have an air leak at the manifold going to the front cylinder. . As I said you will have to remove the manifold to see if it is from the crack or if it just needs to be resealed. Air leaks at the manifold are a very common thing with these bikes.
I have removed seat, tank and airfilter again and have seen more cracks on the manifold ... in my opinion it looks awful. Tomorrow I am going to get the beast out of my bike and send some photos.

Good night ... hope I don't dream nightmares of exploding manifolds.

You need to be sure your not experiencing svs, that year model is prone to sticky valves..

I don't understand the SVS stuff at the moment. Ofcourse my bike could have more problems (I hope not) - but why should two independent problems suddenly take place at the same time - or does the cracked manifold and a possibly SVS (sticky valves) problem depend on each other?

              Second question:
I will have to pay a lot for express shipping or otherwise wait weeks to get the manifold. I am going to pay to get it quick. Should I order something for the posssible "SVS" problem with the manifold directly? When yes, what?

Third and for the moment last question:
I have contacted our sponsor Rock River Powersports via Mail. this morning your time. Till now there was no answer. Does someone has experience with the shop and how fast they react?

If an exhaust valve is sticking the engine will run very rough with frequent backfiring, if it's stuck solid you would only run on one cylinder if lucky. to check for a sticking valve, hold a piece of paper in front of the exhaust pipe while idling. If the paper gets sucked into the pipe then an exhaust valve is stuck open.
