Over the last few months I did a few things to my 2002 Road Star 1600.
Removed fuel pump
Grizzly needle (but didn't adjust float)
Rejet carb with Baron's kit
Mikuni pilot 37.5 jet
Bassani Dual exhaust
K&N open filter
OEM manifold with new O rings (not ported)
Removed AIS
I finally got out and rode about 400 miles the other day. Bike ran fine and seemed like it had more power and better response at the throttle. Today i pulled the spark plugs to check them and here's what i found.
The order of plugs in the 1st pic is
Front Left
Rear Left (was wet when pulled)
Front Right
Rear Right
The 2nd pic is the plugs that were in the bike when I got it and pulled before all the above mods. At that point it had a stock air filter and unknown aftermarket exhaust. Carb was all stock but i did notice the brass plug covering the PMS was already removed when I took it off.
