I'm fine with being able to see at night and I don't want to change the look of the stock lighting by switching to Truck-lights, etc. I'm more interested in being *seen* during the day, especially while lane splitting, so to help me stand out a little more, I was thinking of changing my passing lamp's H3 bulbs to yellow, when I came across some new LED bulbs that are a direct replacement for the stock H3s. Ideally, I'd like something brighter than stock if possible, but it's so damn hard to tell what LED really look like from online photos, especially in a reflector designed for incandescent bulbs... So what say you? Has anyone tried them? If so, any recommendations?
Side note, if I do stick with incandescent, what's the brightest you can reliably run on stock passing lamps?
