Back rest

Looking for a taller sissy bar backrest. I found a cobra one that’s taller but they’re almost 500$ here in Canada. Any other options out there?

This is a terrible pic, but you can kind of see the backrest. I am not using it or the luggage support racks in pic... Let me know if you're interested. Shipping will probably be more than the parts...

Yamaha made two different height backrests. The taller one should be tall enough and easy to find a cheap used one. You might even want to invest in a nicer pad. Mustang makes a good one that's a lot more comfortable. It's what I have in my sig pict below.

If that's not tall enough, just search the web for "tall Roadstar sissybar" and you can find some aftermarket options.

I went with the tall quick release, with a mustang pad. Its pretty nice but it was expensive. Check Ebay

I have a tall factory Yamaha passenger backrest for sale. I would sell it for $80 plus actual shipping cost. It's in great shape does not have a pad. Send me a PM if interested

I appreciate it brother but the time I pay shipping and get hit with duty at the border not to mention the difference in dollar from USD to CND I’d probably be around the 200$ range for that 80$ haha

The bolt spacing on the R* is the same as the Harley Softail, try searching locally for a "Tall Softail Sissy Bar" or "Tall Softail Passenger Backrest". You can even use their quick release system with some simple mounts. You might find something more affordable.
