Handlebar torque?

Hey everyone want to adjust my handle bars to better fit me (just got the bike) can someone here tell me what the torque is on them?

Hahaha yeah I figured lol. I'll measure the break away torque when I remove them I guess and go from there

When you get ready to tighten them tighten the forward bolts first then the rearward ones. The rear won't clamp all the way together there will be a small gap on the riser but that is OK. Tightening this way give a better clamping force on the risers and won't allow the bars to move
