I think I have what you are looking for. It isn't new but it is in very good condition, isn't bent, and includes the spacers. I didn't know it was a rare item and I don't know what it is worth. It would ship from Tyler Texas. What do you think?

Rechroming would be in order....my local chrome plater would probably charge $100-150 to re chrome but then it would be perfect

Interesting. That one doesn't appear to need to drill a hole in the fender. I scored a rail a year or so ago but haven't got the heart do drill through the paint just yet.

I think I have narrowed it to the Show Chrome part number 62-104 that appears to be discontinued

It says it's for a Royal Star/Venture but may fit Roadstar. I have one on my Roadstar and it looks identical.

Doeant look like my Star Accessories Road Star one....i dont thinknits a direct fit for a Road Star fender...BUT since younhave to dill a hole anyways it may not matter...
