cobra light bar with oem windshield lowers

i solved the cracked oem lightbar with a cobra. this presented another problem. the turn signals practically rest on the oem windshield lowers. adjusting the angle of the dangle only went so far. i thought of adding a washer to the top part of the windshield mount to tilt it but it'll probably stress the weld points. im thinking something that would let me offset the lowers back one bolt pattern will work. any recommendations?

It’s the Oem chrome that bolts on the windshield bracket. I have them off until a solution come up. I test rode without them the other day and it was bearable. Cobra put the turn signal an rch from just hitting the lowers.
