Non-locking gas cap

Some riders around the world would not only be concerned about someone taking fuel out of the tank but also someone putting something damaging in the tank.

Since the OEM gas caps are now over $100 I ordered one of these from Amazon for $25. I see no difference in the OEM one and this one. Everything works as it should.

Some reviews complained about leaking and poor chrome, hope you don't overfill to find a bad seal.

Take one screw out of the inside of the cap, add some Locktite to it, then put it back in.
Once it's in nice & tight, repeat for the other screw.
That should be done to all Yamaha fuel caps but especially the clones with cheap screws.
If one ever comes loose you will find it really hard to refuel & I bet it won't be at home.
