Searching this new site?

Does anyone have suggestions for searching specific topics on this new site? I can’t even find threads with the word “oil” in them and I know they exhist. Maybe the administrators can simplify our search window so we don’t have to put in a date range and other extraneous info.

Weird. I do remember that about VBulletin though. You can always use Google with the site: command.

Searches need to be a little specific. For example, I opened Advanced Search tried oil. I got this back:

The following words are either very common, too long, or too short and were not included in your search: oil

If you use the search box it would just say

Your criteria is not restrictive enough

If I search for "trailer" then I get many results. So I think you just need to be a bit more specific.

That’s what I got searching oil also. Having to be specific doesn’t make sense. What if I want to read all threads discussing oil? Tried best oil and still don’t get anything.

Step 1: Go to Google.com.
Step 2: Enter site:www.roadstarclinic.com search term into the search box.* ...
Step 3: Refine your search.
