Exhaust Deceleration popping

Been fighting a deceleration popping since I bought my bike.
Removed AIS, better but....
I have Vance and Hines Pro Pipe
Discussed with others here on the board, and gave me ideas.
Never had the time to tackle it.
Now that I am changing transfer case lube, this would be a good time to tackle it.
I think I found the problem!

I did previously retorque, but when the connection is in this bad of shape, only replacing the gaskets will solve the problem

Question
How aggressive would you go on resurfacing the exhaust flange, on the pipes?
How Best to clean the manifold?

New OEM gasket and tighten down to 15 foot pounds...try that before getting crazy cleaning...

With my old 2 in 1 V&H propipe had to put 2 gaskets in my front cylinder exhaust. Would leak and pop without.
