The standard swingarm works good up to a 205 tire. Using a 17" RS Warrior rear wheel, you will have to modify the hub, brake and spacing to make it work, along with a different fender.

Hi Duke. Did you use the standard swingarm or is it widened somehow to fit this wheel with a 200 tyre?

So, I hope im not too late but I want to know if I can use some HD Knuckle wheels and if smokescreen is still making spacers. Im new to this and want to use these wheels for my bobber build. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

Mike, after mounting the wheel, put the calibers on with out the spacers and measure what spacer size you'll need. My caliper spacers were a little over 1/4" to center them to the rotors. You will want longer bolts (x4) for mounting the calipers.

I really liked the bike and the mods. I didn’t like the dark side tire but you would get use to that. Also, even though the wheelbase should be longer with the raked front end it felt very short, i think because the raked front end moves the handlebars back to you, i like to reach for my handlebars. And one thing that was surprising was tight turns at slow speed, aka, turning around in the road. It seam to turn on a dime but once up to highway speed the car tire seam to slow that initiation.

Enforcer wheel with 11.8 in rotors need 1/4 in spacers (6.5mm)

    Don't see a 15" front wheel only back ones.https://msiwheelblanks.com/pdfs/fit_wheels.pdf

Depends on the rim you use, but most HD front wheels with dual rotors usually just need 4 spacers for the brake calipers, and 2 axle spacer adapters.

Go with cast RS wheels. Making HD wheels fit is a bitch. Tried it once and not worth it.

I can attest to the quality of Duke's ride described above! I rode it at starfest and it was fantastic. See Scott, you could have ridden it if you would have shown up!

I put on a 5 1/2 degree triple tree, and fiberglass fenders on. I mounted the Warrior wheel with a 200/50 17" tire on the rear. The tire being smaller in diameter, I put 33 front, 65 rear pulley on with a 128 tooth belt. So far it's been GREAT! The bike feels more nimble and lighter, and seems to be easier to go thru the turns. Between the 3 major modifications done to the bike, I'm not really sure which mods did the best, but the three together sure made a better difference with the overall handling. I will be doing some of the same mods on my other bikes, for sure.
The 108ci is a whole other story.

Smokescreen does a great job. I had this cast rim on my bike using his adapters, and they worked great. I removed this rim to put a 21" wheel on. I'm using those adapters on that 21" or I'd sale them with the 18" wheel.
If your needing a rim, tire, and rotors, this is a good deal.

let us know how the 21 front does...assuming you will just get fender spacer and leave forks/rake alone?

I'm playing with the idea of this swap in my mind, I'm looking to go with 16 inch rims front and rear, same as stock. From what I've read, the HD rear wheel uses a smaller diameter brake rotor so that's an issue, also the rear pulley is smaller on the HD wheel which would make the regular RS drive belt too long, so that's another issue. Plus the smaller rear pulley would make the bike higher geared, and that's not needed on RS's, they're almost too high as it is IMO. And the 180 rear tire that a lot of HD wheels use might have clearance problems, IDK, not ruling it out just yet, HD cast wheels are easy to come by and cheap enough according to people I've checked with, but RS cast wheels would sure be easier to swap in....

Harley 18" wheel, rotors and tire for sale. Tire and rotors has less than 2k miles on them. I had this on my 2001 RS and is in very good shape. I pulled it off to put a 21" wheel on. Asking $150. plus the ride. IMG_2689.JPG IMG_2688.JPG Airstrike Touring Street Glide wheel. 130/70-18"
