That is a smoking deal and could very easily be running and titled! How come all the good deals are in the east?

If it could easily be titled it would be titled. Guarantee that there is a major flood with the paperwork and possibly theft involved.People don't walk away from a bike that's worth a decent amount of money unless there's some shady business going on.If you bought this and started doing paperwork and going to the DMV etc you might end up with a knock on the door and the police come confiscate your bike and you get charged with something.

Is it me or is the pic of the rear tire look like it was doing burnouts? Says can’t get the clutch to work…..maybe he was doing burnouts and broke something.

I contacted him on Facebook and asked if he would give a bill of sale He said no sold as is. I asked if he could give me the VIN since he said it was a clean VIN and then he never responded.Yeah if you wanted to take everything off the bike and throw the frame away you might be safe lol.
