Morning...new member same old questions....05 roadie...a 21 inch wheel is in the near future...reading alot about your spacers and apparently I need a set...do these spacers work only on OEM harley or with after market to...what about the axle... roadie axle works or am replacing it toComment

Good morning. You would re use your stock axle. Any wheel made for a harley aftermarket or oem will work as long as the wheel has 25mm or 1 inch bearings.
You will need to space your calipers in or rotors out 9/32" and get 10mm longer bolts for the calipers if you space them in. It is much cheaper to space the calipers in vs rotors out.
When you find a wheel and are ready to order a set of adapters i need to know the bearing size in the harley wheel (25mm or 1inch) and if the wheel is a single brake rotor wheel i need to know if its for a springer model bike. If its a dual rotor wheel all i need is the bearing size.
Also 19" or smaller you can leave the fender alone. A 21" wheel you will need to lift the fender up some. You can drill new holes and never see the old holes when its mounted.my Wallet is Getting dangerously close to spontaneous combustionComment

Ok...I just received a 19 inch enforcer wheel...one inch bearing....do you sell the spacers on ebay or just on this site...I see were everyone pm you...what's that ....I'm what they call computer illiterate... patients and help please...oh...it's a 2005 silverado roadie midnight -
If its a enforcer wheel it will be or is supposed to be 25mm bearings. If someone put 1 inch bearings in that wheel my adapters wont fit your forks right and your bearings will actually be sticking out past the hub of the wheel a little bit.
A easy way to pm the person you want is you can click on there name and then click private message. Make sure to check the box you want a email notification as well. That way you will get a email saying you have a private message to read. Otherwise you wont know until you log in again.
I sell the adapters through any means people can reach me. I typically take payment through PayPal but i do have a few other options as well.

i put some enforcer wheels on a road star for a hot second but sold the bike before i ever drove it. the enforcer wheels are off 2014 and up touring bikes so im not 100% it would be the same but that being said.
the front is pretty straight forward. wheel adapter, space calipers in, standard harley rotors for that wheel and done.
the rear is more complicated. first headache is the brakes. our rotor is a oddball size at 12.6ish inches. rc components makes a road star rotor to harley wheel adapter its about $75 shipped. if they dont have them anymore then your rear brake will need to be reworked to work with a harley sized rotor.
now for the pulley side. you would need the harley pulley and cush drive rubber inserts for that wheel. it is important to note that for my experience (and im the only one i know to have tried it) with the enforcer wheel in the back the wheels pulley was in perfect alignment with the drive pulley with the wheel centered in the fender. im not 100% sure if it will or wont with a older models wheel as it has a different frame between the two bikes. from what i see i can not see a difference to the naked eye however. also in my experience the belt length options was a issue. you would need to get a 1 inch wide belt for the wheels pulley. 130 tooth belt is what our bike has standard and that is a option for a 1 inch wide belt but with harleys 68t pulley the wheel goes all the way back without enough tension on the belt. so you would likely need to get a wider belt at 128 tooth length and cut it on a band saw to 1 inch wide. you also would "possibly" need to grind your rear fender sub frame for tire clearance as that wheel runs a 180 tire if i remember correctly.
after that you would need rear wheel spacers from me but i would need measurements from you and i would make them to your specs. and space out your rotor as needed for your rear brake.
i charge $75 for front wheel adapters and $100 for the rear. i also need you to confirm bearing size. 25mm or 1 inch as they used both for a while.
i make the spacers out of 304 stainless steel.Comment
