I have an 07 Tour Deluxe that I just purchased an Enforcer wheel for. What do I need before install. It came with fairly new tire and both rotors.

                  first off

you have a royal star tour deluxe you want to put that wheel on? provided the spread of the forks is the same as a road star (and most likely is)
to fit that wheel on you only need my spacers and to space out your calipers a little bit to match the rotors on the harley wheel.

Smokescreens , i would like to go 18" hd wheel what would you recommend for spacers for the rear and model hd wheel as a donor?

for the rear wheel the model doesnt matter. what does matter is you want a wheel with a bolt on pulley like road star has. if you dont want to mess with the rear fender at all then you want a wheel about 4-4.5" wide assuming you want a 18" rear wheel. after that the rear brake is the issue. a roadie has about a 12.6" rotor. harley has 11.5 in, 11.8 in with aftermarkets of 13in and bigger. rc components use to make rotor adapter so you could just re-use your stock rear rotor but that is a unicorn part now. i did buy a 13" rotor and i turned it down to the 12.6" size and i have it on hand but i have never mounted it to see if it works on a roadie. the only issue would be if the rivits for the floating rotor clear the caliper. i would be happy to sell it to you and give a full refund on it if it doesnt work for you. otherwise you will need to adapt your brake caliper stay to work with a 11.5in or 11.8in harley rotor.

as far as the caliper adapter for relocation to use the smaller rotor i believe if I am not correct that Brian Veney might have a line or at least an idea on that

not all do. some just have the 5 bolts to hold the pulley on. its possible to put a cush drive wheel on but when i did it with a enforcer wheel i couldnt get the tooth count i really wanted. one belt was to big the other to small. the issue was no tooth count options of the pulley for the rear pulley.

i have a set of 25mm adapters ready to ship if anyone needs a set. these will make the newer harley wheels like the wildly popular street glide "enforcer" wheel a few monents bolt on item.

And they are sweet! all polished up and everything! Still don't have my HD wheel mounted (my front tire is not worn out yet) but his spacers are sweet!
