Solo Seat Rail

Hi Guys,
I am quite new here, so forgive me for any rookie mistakes.

I am rebuilding my 2001 Road star and I just cant seem to find this one part. The old school solo seat rail, part number STR4WM246001. I know the Roadstar is slowly becoming an 'old bike', and these parts are increasingly hard to find, but if any of you fellas have it lying around and you'd want to part with it, please let me know.

I got lucky with finding mine. A local guy bought what he thought was a Vstar seat rail. Ended up being a Roadstar rail. Cost me $40.

I saved a search on eBay and when one popped up they notified me that one was listed and I jumped on it.

I found the solo rail I have on Craigslist for a good price after looking for several months.

Half of the Road Star stuff I have was pre loved and bought from message boards like Delphi, the Road Star Clinic and the Road Star Clinic facebook page. That is in addition to Craigslist etc that I look at on a regional basis and not just the single city listings from the town I live in.

The one constant and absolutely true common denominator I have found about being lucky to find stuff is to be an early bird looking online before 6AM central time USA. If you are one of those people that does not function before coffee at 8AM --- Good Luck --- the Road Star parts buying world has passed you by at that point.

Found mine here after 3 years of waiting, paid $100 for it. Good luck.
