Unfortunately, these won't fit with the 3" extension kit i did for the floorboards. Only installed shift side to see if it would work or not.
Comes with brake light wiring adapter, rod screws, banjo bolt / washers, and all mounting bolts. As well as the shift rod, $50, that they don't tell you is required but it is.
If your floorboards are stock, the OG brake line will work.

Billet aluminum finished in chrome plate. Some garage out of UK makes and ships them.

It's more likely to be pot metal dipped in Chrome and made in China like all the kuryakyn stuff. I always thought that aluminum and chromium didn't get along too well and one of the biggest things that I hate is when the Chrome peels off and it cuts and slices your fingertips.

I think I know them, and the brand not cheap but not much in way of options any more for forwards for our bikes. Magnum accessories are the brand through custom cruisers uk at £345
they look ok. I nearly went for ‘em but budget constraint in the end so made my own out of what I hade lying around
