Swap Harley front end on R*

Hello fellas, i decide to jump in the deep waters again. So i decide to change the complete front end, relocate the ignition coils, thanks Robert von Hoorn i already get high comp pistons plus i will instal a motogadget box and replace the old handlebars control.

I will start end of next month when the season in Germany is over.
so can you help me to solve tge first problem? Hownto fit the Harley triple tree into the Roadstar?

A friend of mine cut the neck off and had a harley neck welded on so he has a harley front end

Back in the day you could buy a weld - on neck for a Big Twin H-D or Sportster, it was quite a common thing. You could get one raked, a goose neck, extended lower tubes, all kinds of different shit. That's a total commitment if you go that way. But, there are about a zillion different factory H-D front ends you could choose from. The late model Springer is a pretty good unit, as springers go. There are some members on here who have fit the H-D springer to their Roadstar neck. May just be a matter of custom cups and bearings. But it looks like you already have a nice H-D Wide-Glide unit sitting there. Hopefully the right person will chime in and help you out.

the problem is that im living in Germany and here is very strict about customization... I spoke with the owner that build the triple tree. He agree to send him the triple tree and make the things happen. So fingers crossed

Hello guys, i have littke bit time today to work on the bike. There is some little problems, but i will fix it. Stock lenght is 80cm new front end 92cm. I have tk machjne the upper triple tree with 1 cm more than i can go further. Need new frknt fender, fender brackets and axel spacers.

i want to share some progress with you.
so 6 pistons each side Performance Machine and 2 rear break rotors installed on the front. Goodridge break line and adapter and many more...
I have little more work on the front,than next step is electric....Hopefully the bike should be ready for begin of April.

Way back in the day I wrecked my 72 BSA 650 and bent the +8 springer and I picked up a Harley front end and cut the stem off the springer and tagged onto the Harley forks, with 8" extended tubes on it. Worked great. I'm sure the same could be done in your application.

Everything is working properly, new fresh oil, all bolts with right torque and handlebar with right position... Now is the final step new wiring.

Let me finish the bike than i will make video. If everything is going tomorrow wiring should be done. I waiting for the new custom tank, baron naked pulley and starter cables from Usa.
