Overall i think it runs great! But it might be a wheel bearing or something that needs replacement. Something feels a little… not right can’t really point it out for sure tho

Your vicla/cholo build came out looking “chingon” badass! You definitely put your abilities, creativeness, and inspiration into her, congrats! I have also been following Bnag0’s rebuild…..between your 2 builds and the expert advice and research I have done from this here clinic I have decided to redo my own vicla/cholo RS with Harley split tanks and only primer for paint until I can develop painting skills like yours…. My project is stalled due to new baby and pissy toddler, diaper changing, etc….so daily I try to wrench on her at least 1 hr on my rebuild….. and I am stuck on rebuilding my carb for the 7th or 8th time….anyhow, eventually I will prevail even I I have to take the carb off my other RS in order to keep moving forward. Again, awesome build!

      Wow!
Thank you solo! It makes me really happy that you like my work that much.
As i said before, it´s my first bike ever.. So getting feedback like this makes me eager to get another project Since i had a deadline on this one, i think i could have done it better if i did´nt had to hurry up like that.

Anyways, it really gladdens me to know i´ve inspired someone else!
      So again, thanks alot man!

Finally got them turn signals there.. was not really just to bolt them on either lol.
Dark smoked lenses and re-wired them so they work as orange positionlights as well. I know you american guys have like that, probably original.. But in Sweden we’re nåt allowed to have orange lights forward

Well, im happy with it, thinks it turned out real nice

Great write up and build. I like it. I have always like ape hangers, white walls and fishtails look on these bikes. Real classy and I really like the paint job too. Does your rear fender hit the road on larger bumps? Here in NB Canada would surely be wrecked.

Great weekend with alot of ridin’, a little windy (tired arms lol) but overall great weather
Anyone else that think the streetglide looks kinda.. small?

on my way back home the clutch cable broke.. just my luck.. but of course (since i now have bags) i allways carry some universal cable with me, so made a new one at the side of the road

Dang, I'm impressed! Lose a cable on the road and you've got a universal spare that you can build on the spot? I'd be trying to figure out how I could jam gears to get myself home, or just calling AAA to get me to the nearest shop. Nice job.

Bike's definitely got a unique look, like a throwback to earlier days. I'd like to see it in person, but Sweden's a tad far to go just for an up-close-and-personal! Enjoy your ride!!

Midnight ride: yeah, allways! Costs like $5 at the local bicycle store, using bicycle brake cable for clutch, and gear cable for my gas cable

Wtf, halv my post went MIA

Yeah, well.. Guess i don’t have to tell you it get pretty much attention
Not only at bike meetings, can’t go in to my local grocery store for a minute without people standing by it while i get out

If you would change your mind, you are welcome to try it out

Hello guys! Been a while since last post.

Well, i´ve not been very productive mostly riding, or spending time with family.
Some small stuff has most likely happen tho
And had to rebuild my starter. it died like 1km away from home a friday night...

At least, here comes some fresh sunset pictures from this weekend

Especially considering under those conditions, cold, tight space, tight budget, no access to fancy machines/tools and so on lol

                        Just take your pick
But i swallowed my pride and bought a "real" cable for the clutch now. For the throttle i will keep going with home made tho.
But it broke again at night, and it was dark as hell, and no battery on my phone or other flashligt...
And had to ride the day after, so when i got home i did a suicide clutch / hand shift convertion.. That was kinda interesting to ride with in combination with those high bars ;D
I liked it, but not for a "daily-driver" bike tho..
So now i got a fkn $70 cable, hope that one won´t brake lol

Long time no see again.. sorry!
Been (are) dealing with some real shit both private and in the garage.

Fried the ECU unit due not thinking while converting to harley handle bar switches, and that resulted in me finding a whole lot of bad wires pretty much everywhere.
Began to replace the bad parts, but no.. im pretty sure i need to make new wiring all the way.
It´s not easy to get so many different colours tho, so thats kinda where i am right now.

At least i´ve made some progress as well..
Total front end rebuild, with progressive lowering springs (2") and complete front end sanding + polish!
Rebuild and a little bit of polish of the carburetor, new intake manifold witch i of course ported before reassembling.
Also working on a a tank stretch, but my MIG broke down and the electric need to be priority right now lol.

I thought i was woing to build stainless pipes and get a 19" front wheel this winter but... ThingS never go as i´ve planned lol!

Roadiemort, yeah, i LOVE to ride, it really sucks that it´s only half the year we "can" ride here, most people here probably drive for a maximum of four months.
On top of that i guess i have some kind of disorder lol, i just can´t sit on my ass and the thing is that i neither want or have the money to just go buy everything bolt on.
And i know what i want (kinda...) and you know you can't make an omelet without breaking some eggs
                        No pain no gain!

New ECU and wiring, and the old bastard runs again!
Been working on a prototype for a new seat, but i dont think i will get that done in time for the convention
2023 has been a real crappy year for me, on a personally plan, beeing asked to exhibit at a kkinda big bike convention as wel as winning the "bike of the year" on another big forum feels really good and inspiring

Btw, what do you guys think, orange or white ring around the headlight?
Or maybe a switch so i can change colour after mood lol
