In the same strip mall area, is Casey's Bar and Grille. 4 blocks from motel. Also a great lunch and dinner place.

Excellent job, Dave. Definitely shows some promise. Considering we may take 10-15 rooms, hashing out five spaces isn't all that much to ask.

So where does the band setup?

Seriously, being from Vegas and not really knowing Washington law, is it OK to drink openly out in a parking lot, since it's on private property? I'd think so, but if other tenants complain can they force a hammer to drop on our group?

In the past the motel staff will come ask us to quiet down if we’re getting to loud. We try to be polite.
