Since it will be the 10th annual event, I was thinking of hosting it at my house in Puyallup Washington. There are lots of good rides around the area. Haven't decided on a date yet.

Hey Steve! Did you ever get those pics/ videos posted to youtube?

I can at least post the videos to youtube. I've done that before.

LOL Steve, I thought you had that one dialed-in from previous experience.

Sending them to us would be a major effort and not practical. Better to put them up on YouTube and just post the links, like Aaron did when Duke built his bike over the winter. You can then post them directly here.

You may have an editing program on your computer, if you use something other than your phone, that will allow you to merge them all into one large file, then upload it onto YouTube. You can even put photos in along with the video; combining them all. Your phone may have something similar, though I've never used my phone for anything of that nature.

Ahodge75 , sounds like something I'd do as well. I'd forgotten about it as well until she said something a couple of days ago. Anne says 'she just wants a t-shirt'! At least she's thinking about it...

MikeyC , is that the highway that heads up the mountain north of town, or another road? The highway itself is a nice ride right there, I found myself running up it at 80+ MPH while still warming the bike (and myself) up on the ride home. Thought I was in 4th for the climb, turned out I was in 5th. That's what having air in your tires (rather than 15 lbs.) actually does for you. Otherwise I can always pick it up on this next or another trip. Thanks for the heads-up! I'll check the map.

Did you ride the spiral staircase in and out of Lewiston? If not you missed a good one

Well after Starfest the guy that did the artwork had got a new job and was moving, so we talked about it and he was going to get back to me after the move. And to be honest I forgot all about it. I will check in with him over the weekend and see what I can do

    Quick follow-up.

Anne was asking about the artwork for the t-shirtsAhodge75 .

And were those pics/interviews ever posted from Shores ?

Fires burning all around up here, but nothing out of hand, yet.

I got a ride in down to Lewiston, Idaho and back over the holiday, around 450 miles in all. Just needed to get another ride in, nothing spectacular. Ride back up 95 was better than the ride down on 195 (boring). Lewiston's been on my list for a place to live so wanted to check it out. Anyplace in Idaho is better than anyplace in Washington due to the woke political climate on the west side of the Cascades in Washington State that dictates laws for the rest of the state.

Tempted to run down to Orofino and back up Lolo Pass and the like before it cools off again, but running out of time and way too much work to get caught-up on with the building projects. Haven't run that route before.

LMK on the artwork before Anne unchecks that box.

Looking forward to the RS group pics and interviews!

    -----------------------------

FYI I'm planning a ride up through Lolo Pass in Idaho if anyone's interested. Posted it here:

A lot of us will spend an afternoon or day running some new or favorite runs, which for me was usually a canyon loop while I was living in Northern California. Now we just make something up and ride, normally with some kind of destination in mind, such as our run last weekend up to Priest Lake in Idaho (we left from Washington)

I told him I have a set but that I’d want to sell the Silverado bags with them.

Maybe Jay but I don't think he realizes that's what he actually needs. Ha!
