I think those dates are good for wherever we decide……at least I hope so since that’s the vacation I put in for…lol…..I don’t see any issue of the purposed location…..we can always start the thread and pin it to get our numbers started and if location changes it’s updatable…..

For up here, I think the only possible 'better' dates would be two weeks later, the peak/middle of our driest four weeks out of the year. Smack dab in the middle. But doesn't matter to me either way.

I think overall a 'probable' would be the best way to label this proposal at this time.

It works for me as proposed. I say start a new event topic and start getting some names down and go from there. I'm sure we will book out the hotel easily at this point, since I'm already counting 11 rooms of pretty much for sure people.

Do you know anything about the Bear Creek Lodge? 24817 N Mt Spokane Park Drive, Mead, WA 99021

I had to do some digging to get any info on this place. They have a website but it has surprisingly little information about their actual facility, not even photos of the lodge itself, other a distant snow view and inside the rooms.

They have rooms for July, and their rates run from around $90-150 a night, including some family suites.

Here's a Google map of the location. Looks like a great ride over to Spirit Lake, Idaho, however. But it also looks like there'd be a lot of overlapping going back and forth on our rides from this location:

I went to their review page and was frankly surprised that they provide a link to it on their webpage. People love it or hate it, or more accurately stated, love the facility or hate the owner.
