I just heard you can’t call it climate change any longer. Apparently the word “change” itself promotes tumultuous feelings of anxiety in slightly more than half of our population so it will, until further notice, be referred to as climate transition. Until the [email protected]?% community decides use of the word “transition” is cultural appropriation, but we’ll burn that bridge when we get to it

Cool, I'll keep you posted. My wife wants to go but she said if it's cold that she is going to drive. I would probably stick to fairly major roads but you never know.

I'm just a little South in Puyallup and have a queen bed if anybody needs it. DK if I'll go. I've never been and have just heard that it's a parade trying to get out of there because there's only one road in and out. Some people take the ferry across to get away from the traffic.

Mikey, I might be interested in going. Don’t think the wife could ride all that distance up there and back though. If she goes I’d probably have to trailer it up or if your wife drives maybe she could ride with her. What’s the details on the ride?

Hey, That would be cool. Could meet with you somewhere or you could stay at our house and ride from here. Steves house is a lot closer to Anacortes by about 4 hours.

I would love to make that ride. The weather across the Rockies would be to unpredictable for me. But this might be worth towing the bike.

Oyster Run in Anacortes, Wa. is Sunday September 26, 2021
We/I will be leaving Sweet Home, Oregon in the am on Saturday the 25th for the ride up. The wife and I have a room reserved already. She may drive up as the weather this time of year is usually on the wet side.
The plan is to leave Sweet Home Saturday the 25th in the am, pick up anybody that wants to ride up along the way and then ride home on the 27th. The run takes place on Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
