    this is how i feel...frozen in time until spring...

    gloom despair and agony on me
    deep dark depression, excessive misery...zing of the frozen frontier...

      smoke...your pic is what they'll find when one of my grandchildren comes over and asks, "where's grandpa"...my wife will look around and say, "i think he went on a ride with some of the guys from the rsc a couple days, or months ago"...then someone will ask where that smell is coming from and everyone will look towards the shed...zing's dust in the wind...

            I just completed first week of a Keto style diet....I'm limiting bcarbs to 10-25 daily....no sugar no breads no fuit....nothing good. And it's the Polar Vortex up here in NE Indiama. I can't ride. Can't eat anything good and easy or store bought. I don't get depressed I get angry. I'm very angry right now....need to go ride around.....or murder a whole bunch of people....

              I've been eating Keto for over a year now and dumped 40 pounds of fat in about 4 months.
              Been in maintenance mode ever since, BP is normal, chol. is normal, I no longer snore, have allergies or use an asthma inhaler.
              I can also wear the same size jeans I did 30 years ago.

              You learn to cook good food, it just has a little bit of a learning curve.
              Make sure you get plenty of water & electrolytes when you start.
              The first thing you'll lose is water weight, then the fat furnace will kick in in about a month.

              This is how I eat every day, I don't feel deprived at all.
              Besides - what other way of eating encourages you to eat BACON?! LOL

                My sister is Keto she says she don't feel hungry or deprived, I got to try this too, your dishes look awesome and we already cook anyway. 9 pics? You must be special lol.

                Yeah ... special. I'll go with that. LOL

                I'm preparing a food blog on keto eating so I take pictures of almost everything I make.
                It also helped to take pictures when I first got started because I used the free Senza app to track my diet until I got the hang of it.
                Sometimes I'd forget what I had a couple meals ago and catching up on log entries was a lot easier with pictures.

                The Senza app makes it really easy to stay on track & even gives you several meal suggestions every day with recipes that will help you meet your goal.
                I put in my age, weight, height & what I wanted to do, which at the time was drop from 200# to 160.
                I stuck with the app and nailed it almost exactly 5 months from start without going hungry at all.
                I really didn't expect to go from my 60 year old weight to what I weighed at 30 but thought 'what could be the worst thing that could happen? Get 1/2 way there?"
                Losing some weight was better than none, I was very pleased when I actually nailed the goal.
                Didn't add a minute of additional exercise to my normal routine either, just cut out all the flour, sugar & starchy foods.

              i'm 5'9' and weigh 155lbs and eat whatever i want...i bake up a pound of maple cured thick sliced bacon at a time and add it to everything i eat...i go to the gym 3 days a week for 3 hours each and maintain my weight easily...i don't eat fast food nor do i drink much...they removed my large intestine about 10 years ago (pre cancer) and i'm sure that helps as food only stays in me for 3-5 hours and exits much the same way it came in...had a medical procedure today and will know in a few days if my stomach goes or stays...zp...
