Where did you see that number? My guess it's a glitch in the counting by the site honestly. The "who's online" link above hardly ever seems like it's got more than a few dozen at any one time. That includes registered users and guests. (unless a bunch of bots were trying to break the site as guests then maybe the numbers could be that high).

The count also doesn't necessarily mean that you were there and active on the site, it just means that your computer, iPad or phone was logged into the site. Some folks just stay logged in and go about their business.

This is absolutely correct. I'm guessing I never appear offline. I never close my browser tab on my phone and more than likely one of multiple computers I use has this site open as well. Makes it quick and easy to pop in here to see if anything is new while I'm waiting on other work tasks to complete.
