So I recently opted to checkout Twitter after Elon Musk took it over, and while making a comment to Musk regarding a SpaceX launch, this guy Mike Killian, who I was unfamiliar with, shot me a comment about my post, which prodded me to check out who he was.
As it turns out, he's this unbelievable videographer who has unfettered access to a ton of flying ops, as well as being a storm chaser.
In this video he's on board with a refueling plane out of Alaska who's heading up to refuel the Navy's Blue Angels while they're flying over the mountains of Alaska. Watching the skill of these pilots as they inch toward the fuel nozzle is compelling, but then the precision flying before and after is breathtaking as well.
This guy Killian is one lucky SOB.
Well worth 18 minutes of your life!
