Does anyone stream TV online? We're dumping DirecTV after they dumped Newsmax & OANN

My Samsung TV had an internet app and the ability to add apps. Now I have even more with Roku. Maybe you just need to search around the menu a little more. If your remote has a microphone button, try asking for install internet app.

Nah this is a propriety issue with the TV. The software is Yahoo based. Vizio TV, around 5-6 years old.

I've searched everything and read the manuals. TV was priced right and has performed flawlessly, so no issues there. Back then we didn't care much about internet access or installed apps. And honestly, I'm enjoying the hell out of what it DOES offer right now!

Thanks for your help though. I'm sure when I plug in the FireTVStick my world will open up even further, but we're thinking we'll take the old TV up to the cabin and use the stick up there. Still sorting through our options.

Like others have stated, wish we'd have done this years ago!! Seriously, we could have saved ourselves move than $6000 in DirecTV fees since we bought this TV 5-6 years back. That's some serious coin when you think about it. Pays for some amazing TV's and apps, and then some. Even another Roadie!
