Please remember all the brave people on Dec 7th 1941. I’m disappointed I didn’t see anything about this remembrance day anywhere yesterday

That's today's American media for you! At least the National Geographic Channel had a program about it. Once all the remaining survivors of the attack pass on, I foresee an even greater ignorance of the attack and the entire war.

I will always say prayers for all that have died, and living in that war. My uncle and wife served in the Navy during that day and went on to serve for 30 years, then both retiring. His birthday was on December 7th, and he said it was always a sad day for him.
My father, was to young to enlist in the service at that time, and as soon as he was old enough, 1946, he enlisted serving 20 years in the Navy being a submariner.
Being raised as a Navy brat made me respect and honor our servicemen and country. It has also made me understand that throughout all of our wars, we owe a lot to all that served for our freedoms. I just hope that we will never forget those who fought keeping our freedoms, and keep history sacred.
