New old guy

Hello all , I spent a lot of time here a number of years ago under the old format. About 12 years ago I jumped on adventure bikes to scratch an old itch. I still ride dual sports , but also have a Stratoliner. Had a 1700 Roadstar for years too , and love the platform. Tried to drop in recently to do some homework on the Roadwing shock , which I’ll be adding to my bike in short order. When filling out my sign in , my old handle was still available. Too cool. I’ll lurk more than anything , but wanted to drop in here for a proper hello.

Howdy Flashback! it’s good to see you still haunt the place. I see Doc is still here too. Good. I’m doing well. Thanks. Hate that so much was lost when the server was hacked all those years ago , but looks like a new crew is here keeping things on the up. That’s great. I’ll be in and out. Still riding as much as I can. Tinkering still helps keep me sane(ish). I’ll be sticking a Roadwing shock on the big Strat soon. Doing a little research lead me back to my old stomping grounds. Nice to actually see a forum thriving in the age of social media.
