Hello everyone.
I'm new to the forum, but not new to Roadstars.
I had a 1999 Roadstar Silverado that I installed a 2006 1700 engine (2003 - 2019). Then I had a 2014 Roadstar (2016 - 2019). I currently have a 2008 Roadstar Silverado S.
I miss the 99 and regret selling the 2014.
I'm currently personalizing my 2008 by installing a Tsukayu fairing and Jumbo Strong Bags, along with a Pacific Coast Star Monster Pro exhaust pipe that is an additional 17" long and ends even with the tip of the rear fender.
My 99 was pumpless with an HSR 42 carb. The engine looked great without the pump cover blocking the view of the jugs. I would like the same look on my 2008, so I have a question; has a anyone relocated the fuel pressure regulator up under the tank and ditched the cover? If so, how did you do it
Thanks,
Slugger
If it ain't broken, fix it til it is.
