Looking for a new windscreen to fit on to my XV1600 Wildstar. I have been searching for a black tinted screen, but can’t really find anything. Can anyone recommend a particular one or brand or indeed supplier?

I use a memphis shades windshield. There are several colors - most seem to be a gradient though.

FYI I'm not a big fan of smoke or anything that inhibits your vision Memphis shades are all acrylic and national cycle makes polycarbonate

Can you elaborate on the difference between acrylic vs polycarbonate? Im ignorant on the subject as far as material choice for windscreens.

Acrylic is more prone to crack easy and shatter on impact do a Google search for the video with the baseball bat

I have had two or three Memphis shades windshield they were pretty good real good I never got stuck by a golf ball or a piece of gravel polycarbonate is the way to go. Scuttlebutt states that Yamaha road Star OEM windshields as we call them here are manufactured by national cycle out of polycarbonate right here in the ignited states of political anarchy
