My windshield is showing signs of crazing on the inside. My ? is has anyone ever cleaned/removed the coating that is on the inside? I polished some areas on the bottom sides and it looks good, do I dare do the whole thing on the inside? It's only 16 yrs old you would think things would last longer

I've used a product called NOVUS before. If the windshield isn't too bad the stuff works pretty good. It's a 3 step process. It's a coarse rubbing compound, fine rubbing compound then a cleaner. The other option is a replacement windshield. A Memphis Shades can be had for around $75. Cheers!!!

I always have used Meguiar's PlastX to keep the clarity of the plastic windshield.

Beware anything abrasive. Polycarbonate hard coat is a different breed of cat. Most abrasive polish is made for acrylic sheet, not polycarbonate or it’s hard coating material.
