Has anyone else dealt with them? Getting pretty frustrated with them. I ordered 2 weeks ago, said they would out in 2 days and still nothing. Since we had to deal with 2 different gift visa cards they did not get me an order number. Finally called them wednesday and thye said they would have an email out to me with order number "right away" . Email messages had been completely ignored although they were answered within minutes before ordering. I just want my new pipes Damnit!

Same here, been a couple years, I didn't have an issue, but maybe something has changed with them.

I have done business with them multiple times in the past and had good luck. I have not purchased anything there in the last year or so.

I remember a few years ago when there was a consolidation of online stores with Dennis kirk and JP Cycles buying or being purchaed by others and we got down to 2 big companies. So maybe that is the byproduct of that change. I also purchased from them but that was five years ago before all that happened.

I ordered my Bassani from them a year or so back. They were good to work with the only issue was the exhaust cans were back ordered from the manufacture. But they were good at explaining the delay. Still got them in a reasonable time. I would use them again.

Yeah these showed as in stock so I was expecting them a whole lot sooner. Ignoring my emails is pissing me off though. I'll call again Monday.

I know I'm getting a little pissed with them. Ordered a drive belt a couple of weeks ago that was supposedly "In Stock" and it still hasn't shipped! An email to them got no response, so I guess I'm going to have to call or be prepared to wait even longer. No a Happy Camper right now.

In the past he seemed to have the lowest prices and this was my primary reason to buy from him. I ran into a couple of mild issues with what i bought and service from Phat was terrible. Ill admit im cheap but service is very important to me and i wont give my business to anyone that doesn't act like they want my business

I get it brother. That's why I bought my pipes from Shane Scalpi. Seems like a good guy to work with, was fair, and quick .

Yup, and I am bad about shopping for price too, he had a good price on the Freedom pipes I wanted that were made into a can't miss it deal with a 10% off code. Add in the free shipping I jumped on it.

Well a followup here, I called and asked again for my order number and status of my order and was promised an email with the tracking number, but was told it was in UPS possession and would be delivered to me on Friday the 23rd. The "I will send you the tracking number right now" was repeated again, and I waited and of course, no email. I logged into our UPS account and they now have a delivery calendar! Lo and behold, there it was, being shipped from a completely place apparently a warehouse distributor in PA. So much for the "in stock" at their California address. Oh well, I can work with Friday delivery!

The pipes were only $567 for the Chrome/black tip Freedom Combats No one else could touch the price (and they increased their list price the next day) and the 10% off only lasted 3 or 4 days. I fully expected them to jack me around then cancel, so I guess that is a plus they didn't.

Glad you got it worked out. The combat is a great looking pipe. I'd give up my duals for one if the combat was longer. The Roadliner version of the combat looks incredible. The Roadstar version is too short for me.

It'll be worth the wait believe me brother, your guna love um. I'm with you tho, nothing pisses me off more than no response, especially when your spending that kind of money. It's not like you just bought a 50 cent part or something. Good luck with the install. The heat shields are kind of bitch to get on. Just take a deep breath, drink a beer, and it will all come together.

Yup, I got them on, and as mentioned the shields were a bitch. The price I got was exceptional so in the end it was all worth it.
