Looking good! I haven't watched the videos as I'm reviewing these while at work. (Don't tell the Boss man!)
I like the look of the Warrior engine. Keep up the good work!!

How did you deal with the larger bolts on the Warrior engine? Were they the mounting bolts or something else? Was it the length or the diameter of the bolts?

Well they were the mounting bolts to the block. We drilled out the holes to the larger diameter bolt size on the backing plate using a drill press. Once that was done we just used the larger bolt for the warrior holes.....so this is the backing plate for the sprocket for the transfer case. It's 4 bolts to the transfer case and 3 bolts to the block.....it's the 3 bolts that needed to be increased hole size on the backing plate

Heat wrap on manifold? Ported manifold or just heads? Two tone engine looks very classy. Need to get a 2 into 1 propipe to wake it up nownthat your making more power. What air intake you using?

Yes heat wrap on ported manifold....heads are ported too....I like my Vance & Haynes Long Shots. I have a Barons BAK

What did the compression ratio end up at? Assume using 93 now...

Set rev limiter to 5k? 4800?

Does it sound different when riding?

CP should be around 10.5 to 1.
Rev limiter is 4750.

In the video you keep saying you need to ride it easy. I have a different opinion. You have it broke in already. I break them in hard and the same way I expect to ride it. I rode my hard from after the first mile even on the first ride. There is a guy on Youtube named "Motoman" he builds high end race motors and explains the break in real good and he loves to break in hard also. I say bring it back out and ride the hell out of it.

The cams were changed out for the 1600. If it had the 1700 cams in it, we would have had bent, or broken parts if the starter could have even turned the motor over.
Even with the good valve springs, it would have put the springs in a coil bind.
