Well this morning I'm on my way to see Duke in NM. We are going to install the new 110 Big Bore, transmission and transfer case. Left at 2am for the 17 hr trip......Super Excited.....oh and I got a new truck right before the trip....

Any changes to ignition (via Dyna 3000 box) needed?

Dyna 3000 will be needed for timing curve changes due to the higher compression.

Well my last truck I bought 4 years ago for 26k…..after driving for that 4 years and rolling 1-1/2 times the insurance paid me 29k

I soent $360 on gas and uhaul trailer rental to do the 900 mile round trip to get my fuelie Sunday...im thinking of getting a Ford Maverick....tows 4000lb and gets 30mpg on highway instead of 11 like my 3/4 ton extended cab Chevy with 6.0.

Yes very true....here in Oregon I know 2 places that will do them still but are very picky on who they deal with.....you almost go through a interview process...lol

You can't blame them. If you find yourself screwed in OR, come on up to MT. I know a few reputable shops that do great work and will do it. Powerstroke guys too.

They're sold out for 2022. I'd never heard of one until now. Reports say the Maverick gets 40+ MPG city! At an intro price of $20k that's pretty impressive. Wonder what they'll be next year? They start taking orders this summer.

Its impressive and $27k the way i want it....good power...light weight...4 door...hauls 4000lbs which is all I need (boat and trailer 4000lbs and the heaviest thing ill tow)...23nin town 30 on the highway...

I think the 4 cylinder hybrid gets the 40 MPG. Great vehicle for us as well. We'll have to see what the price does on the '23's. If we even HAVE a '23...
