    if your RS dont start on 1st, rarely a 2nd momentary click of the starter, somethings wrong. now i live in south, dont get colder than 30 F, but just have to pull choke out more and duration more when shes that cold., also, you dont want to be overcranking that beast with 2 huge jugs for too long either, the electric motor will lose the battle against the compression/gasoline motor.

    That statement need to be posted in large print, too many don't get how an enricher works, and they crack the throttle open when cranking, then wonder why its cranking so long, my engine starts the first or second time a piston hits on compression.

    You didn't work on it and leave a rag in the air filter did you. Old plugs usually make it run like s*** they generally won't keep it from starting. But you should definitely check them. Flooded?

    Fuel to carb, pump working. going to check plugs for fire next I reckon.hoped them plugs would have lasted more than 25 k

    Could also crack open the bowl drain to see if there is flow with key on.

    I will check that the fuel pump is getting power tomorrow. The relays on the right side were clicking which led me to believe it was that.

    There is no fuel pump relay persay , the starting system cutoff relay under the right side cover handle's quite a few things, its has a 12 pin connector and all the starting safety's are controlled by​​​​ it ,side stand switch, clutch switch, neutral switch, starter relay , fuel pump. The fuel pump is not to hard to get at , i would test there first and see if the pump is actually getting power and just not turning, could very well be a stuck pump

    You could bypass the pump just by using clear hose. Fuel can still flow without the pump.

    Look at starter relay first. It is located next to the fuse box under the left side cover below the seat. Try jumping both contact on the starter relay to see if it will turn over or start.
