Yes, I seem to remember seeing those before. It's suppose to swirl or mix the fuel charge as it enter combustion chamber. I thought there was some claim to more horsepower, but my from my memory, it was a gimmick, didn't do much of anything.

Curt aka Blackice on the old forum use to offer ported intakes. Not sure if Duke ever offered any from what I remember but possibly wrong.

It is possible, Duke does everything else carb related lol, Curt quit many years ago but he did mine.

Yes I am sure I have a Ported Duke's Manifold , AND IT " ROCKS " !!!

There is a lot more to porting a manifold then just opening up the ports. It needs to flow good with keeping the air velocity high.

I ported my new one but I couldn't get it as smooth as the old ported one I took off. That thing was done really well.
